Strength & Conditioning
Communication for Strength & Conditioning will be maintained with students via the Teambuildr App. which can be downloaded here:

All students will be provided with 'home-based' S & C Programs via the Teambuildr platform. These programs will include speed and agility, endurance and body weight exercises, requiring minimal equipment.
- When app has downloaded please click "Have an easy join code"

- After you are in the app you only need to fill out athlete's name, email address and create a new password.
- Please Note: The app will have individual sport S&C programs loaded onto each athlete's profile by the end of this week. There will be options for body weight and minimal equipment sessions which can be performed at home. All exercises have links to video showing correct technique.
Athletes must fill out all required information as they work through their session/s. All information athletes load is saved to their respective profiles which can be used for reporting and also to create an individual long term S&C profile.
