Term 3 Parent Teacher Interviews Online

Instructions prior to parent/ teacher Zoom interview: 

1. Create a Zoom account if you don’t have one (this is free), ensure your username contains your surname to make it easy for teachers to identify you. You may not be admitted into an interview if your Zoom username does not easily identify you. Follow this link to setup a Zoom account.
2. For official HSHS Parent Teacher Zoom Interviews - Go to HSHS Sentral to book interview times with applicable teachers. This can also be completed using the new Sentral Portal App.  Sentral Parent Portal instructions for booking interviews are here, if required
3. Go to the Staff Zoom Link Directory below to find links to all teachers. (These links will be available on this page the day before the interview session)

Instructions during interviews:

• please ensure you have access to a device with a camera and microphone
• please choose a quiet, well lit environment for the interviews 
• please adhere to the 10-minute time limit, during official parent/ teacher interviews
• open Zoom and your list of links to teacher's Zoom meetings 
• click on the links for the appropriate teacher at each scheduled time 
• please exit and enter meetings promptly
