Assessment Procedures

Students studying the Higher School Certificate are informed of the following information in writing through an Assessment Booklet:

• The components for each course as specified in the course requirements;
• The weightings of each task in relation to the total requirements for the course;
• The nature of each assessment task (e.g. formal examination, written task, oral task);
• The school's policy regarding illness, misadventure and non-submission or non-serious attempts at assessment tasks
